Is the NFQES platform like an app ?
No, NFQES does not have an app. The only application for proper operation is the NFQES Web signer, which must be installed for proper operation. The entire NFQES platform operates through a web interface.
Is the NFQES platform free ?
Signing with Digital Signature and signing with ID is free of charge. When using remote certificates, you need to purchase the certificate, which is generated by a certification authority.
Is it possible to sign without ID ?
Yes, it is possible to sign without an ID card using a digital signature and an electronic signature.
How is it possible to get a certificate for signing ?
Just register on our Zone. Verify your account using your phone number. Apply for a certificate, sign the application and upload the relevant documents. To sign, you must have an NFQES HW Token or a cell phone that will serve as two-factor verification.
When a certificate is required to be verified with a certificate authority ?
This is not necessary if you have a qualified electronic signature, such as an ID card with a chip, through which you sign the certificate application. The need to authenticate is if you do not possess any qualified electronic signature.
Is NFQES a qualified certification body ?
Yes, NFQES is a qualified certification authority listed on the European Trusted List of certification authorities that are qualified by the European Commission.
What is enough for me to sign on the NFQES portal ?
To sign with a digital signature, simply register and verify your phone number. For digital signatures, you must authenticate and have an NFQES HW Token or mobile app as two-factor verification. Without two-factor verification, documents cannot be electronically signed.
Is NFQES also suitable for individuals ?
NFQES is appropriate for individuals, corporations, and public institutions. The NFQES platform can be used for all types of signatures.
