Advanced electronic seal (AdES), is an electronic signature one level below a qualified signature that identifies the signer as a legal person (Company, organization or institution). It is based on an Advanced Electronic Certificate. Technologically there is no difference between them, but there is a difference in the process of authentication of the person when issuing the certificate and the level of authentication when signing. This signature is fully suitable for legal transactions, but is not suitable for communication with the State.
The main difference is that the verification of the person when issuing the certificate does not need to be done in person or with another qualified certificate.
The second factor used in signing may not have as high a level of security. NFQES Authenticator or SMS can be used.
